we can try to work that out, I know that some of us are staying over for Sunday's races, so that would be cool. We will have to try to work that out as we get closer to the event.
dano, I am with you, can this just happen this weekend...

Good deal Val!
I think I am headed over a day sooner then everyone (Fri) - IF I get the weekend off from work, I should be off Fri as well, so no sense sitting around. I'll go watch practice. Am sure I won't be the only one at the track.
Dinner Sat sounds like a good idea.

I'll be there when you're there. Come by the Roar paddock and say hello.
BTW, I just bought another RX-7 today. Another 1984 1st gen. GSL, which was the luxury model back then. Still the 12A, but with power everything and cruise. In pretty good shape. I may bring that to Barber. Now I have matching 7's.
Guy didn't know what he had, so I got it for $600.

Sorry, not right now at least. She's too good to pass up right now. I'd like to enjoy her a little bit, then when my wife gets on my for having 3 cars, I'll get rid of her.
Here she is next to her twin. Damn clean RX-7 for $600!!!
The really cool thing, is that he even had the pre-delivery checklist from the Mazda dealer from back in 11/83 when it was bought. That's really neat!

Lego, nice looking car, but didn't you feel just a little sympathy for the guy that sold it to you? I might have for about half a second. Maybe. Do you need anymore decals?

I come home from CMP Sunday around 11:30PM, get up at 6:00 AM (bags pre-packed) to catch a plane to Seattle and will not be back until Saturday late. I need Sunday to recooperate. Just not enough time to work it all out.

A couple of Mazdaspeed stickers would be all that I have left. I had to resign up for Mazdaspeed Motorsports, so it'll depend on when they give me full access.

I just ordered my ticket for Saturday only. Cost was $30 + the $8 handling fee. The same ticket at the gate is $55. This represents a substantial savings to members of our club and their guests.
The weekend schedule is posted here. You may notice that the Koni Challenge ST Class and the Rolex Series GT Class race on Saturday so if you want to get your fix of rotary racing and meet the teams, Saturday is the power move. The hardcore folks will do Sunday to catch the Koni Challenge GS Class and the Rolex DP Class races.

7 Days!
Charles Espenlaub will be one of the drivers for Roar #63. He'll do the Speed World Challenge race on Friday and then fly down to do the Grand Am race on Sat. What a life!
