coming down from pines to south miami for a midpipe? ha thats a long *** drive for a midpipe. all i really need is a pair of jackstands or at the very least another jack like what the 8 comes with to lift the whole front, and to know the sizes of the nuts and bolts cause i was planning on scrapping them and getting stainless steel ones so i dont have to deal with corroded ones again when putting the cat back on

So today I changed my spark plugs. Upon pulling the leading spark plugs I found to my dismay that the old plugs were actually trailing plugs! Why they were in the leading slot I do not know. Last person who touched my plugs was pettit racing who replaced my 2 trailing plugs and that was over 6 months ago so there was no point in calling and complaining. I decided to clean the 2 trailing plugs while I was at it but ended up cracking 1 so I just bought 2 new ones and got them installed properly. At the end of 3 hrs of learning and being late to work about 2 hrs I am now proficient in properly gaping, cleaning, and installing spark plugs =D. I took my car out and ran it down a long straight road and my 8 put a smile on my face that I haven't had in a while. I was very surprised how much those old plugs were robbing me. So remember, check your plugs and check your coils! (Or in caveman's case, check your compression)

I'm about to pull the trigger on a new R3 but this will be my first stick shift and I'm worried about messing up the clutch and tranny. Anyone have willing to lend me a car and give me a few pointers? I won't need more than a few hours and and can pay a good amount of cash.
I did check with driving schools but they all require you to bring your own car.
I'm in the Fort Lauderdale area and won't need more than a few hours. PM me if your interested, thanks.
