I may. I'm going to play around with the lap timer for a while though. Just got it in yesterday and put in it the car. It works great. I've been doing laps around the neighborhood to try it out. This thing is really cool!

tracq mate comes in 2 versions--basic and complete--seems that the com[lete is the way to go.
System is easily removed and placed into another car so--for example an hp 3car could use it then swap off to and hp 2 car. Since most of us are at the same events(basically--some moreso than others) swaps offs would be easy--
be really cool to compare maps with each others--I may do this--then "rent it out" lol.
Time to go to the next level. ---find the edge without spinning out!

Just spoke with Chas, he said he had a confirmation that Panoz will be running March 3-4 at Road Atlanta so I'm not sure why they would cancel NASA's Friday (16th) session. Since they are running an earlier event, I'm not as worried now about the NASA event.

If that is the case, then I have a feeling it is something else going on to cancel Friday. Probably NASA's insurance costing to much to cover Friday, or Road Atlanta not wanting that many days of HPDE per year on there new track and save it for racing.

Gauges are installed and I love them. I have to say that I owe Olddragger BIG TIME! There is a story that goes along with this but I will post in another thread. Let's just say that there will be plenty of material for discussion at my expense when we are all sitting around at the Chateau. OD, you have a great family and you my friend have a lot of patience.

Guys, I have got to get some track in soon! I'm starting to get itchey feet and cornerning on the brain and I can't get it out. TA's post of the Subi running around Barber didn't calm my aggressive driving desires AT ALL! I don't think I can wait till March.

OD, I may be looking into it next year. I'm not even solo yet so I don't want to get ahead of myself. I need to learn how to drive first or TA will kick my ***.

OD - I want to get a tracqmate, yet don't know how we would work out the logistics since I live so far and we will only be doing a limited number of events together this year.
On a side note, Lego - can you please tell everyone what Rob said about Chin events.
