Never heard of this steering issue, and I've spent a lot of time on this forum! I'll have to do a search.

gunked up connectors? A clean engine bay is a happy one; I have a set of paint brushes I use to detail it. Not to brag, but I can work in my engine bay and not even have to wash my hands after.

my power steering goes out about every 3-4 weeks or so. my engine bay is pretty clean as well, not THAT clean, but clean enough lol. The connector down by the torque sensor wasnt "gunked" up per-se, but it wasnt as good as could be. Added some di-electric grease, that usually also does the trick.

ok, either i didnt put the plug on all the way, or didnt use enough of something (cleaning or grease or other), debating soldering the plugs (if you havent figured it out already i lost my power steering again...). As of right now though im just gonna leave it be, driving without it isnt all that horrible.

So for this spring break i have planned im gonna take apart my girl some. Gonna remove the upper intake, ssv, thermostat; going to go in and clean all those part and make them nice and new. I know this is a kinda long jouney, but i think the ends justify the means. What do you guys have planned to go along with all of the nice shows?

wait, you mean those arent just rainbow colored zip-ties conveniently placed like electrical wiring? lol, j/k. In truth, looks complicated. Agree with the not looking down thing... heh.

Pulled my UIM, cleaned it up, did some other work while i was in there, girl is purring nicely. Next step is removing the door panels to put in new relays on the Bose PCB. I took photos of my UIM removal but you guys have seen it all before lol.

Now I do have a question for you guys, for here in JAX do you guys know where we can get good/great automotive paint around here, other than online? I have my friend whos b-day is coming up, and i want to help him paint his 240sx when he comes off his cruise as his b-day pres. You might say to take it to a shop, but he wants test different colors first to see what "feels best." (i want to at least know where to get the best paint now so i can lock it down)
