^ good luck man i've been trying to get the tennessee people together for over a year and it seems i'm the only one who ever shows up so i no longer participate in events listed in the tennessee valley area.

tvrx8club folks are deffinatly alright in my book. What I really meant is everyone within 100 mile of my area sucks. No one ever gets together and when I get flaged by another rx8 owner they ask me if their engine is ok because it's losing oil

Me and Wikked will be there, if someone will post again in a couple of weeks with a definite time and location? With tornadoes and such going through here, we may not have a Belk to meet behind...

Hey guys, I live in Murfreesboro and drive an '04 blue. I have evenings off all week so if anyone is ever bored and wants to go driving just hit me up and we can do just that. It would be great to meet some other 8 owners.

I live in the boro ..well out by the speedway. I've tried to get some rx8 owners to come out for a meet last year with no success. I get out to the mhrc meets from time to time but have never seen any rx8s. a couple rx7s and a cool rotary truck usually there. Keep me informed if any meets or get togethers come up.

I got a screw stuck it the inside wall so now that you mention it that is a really weird location for a screw to get lodged. On the bright side I just got word the tires are in route scheduled for delivery on the 22nd. If everything goes as planed I'll still make it but probably with a super nasty dirty car. The weather looks good to so I'm fairly pumped about getting out.
Any way we can get a confirmed list of who's supposed to show?

We do need to get a for sure list of who is coming. I am . . . And if on one else is going to suggest a location to meet before we drive over to belk i am still game for wal-mart but its whatever yall want to do. I say yes to walmart and I'm going to place an attendance list and update as needed. I would however like to meet before 0530 i'm thinking closer to 0500 for me but on the other hand show up when you can. Ither way I'll be there at 0500 doing a bit of touch up on the cars apperance. Also what about a SP time for heading to the cruise in I think thats the most important time? What about after the event any food or will be parting ways from there?
What about rules of the road?
1) No one gets left behind! i.e. someone gets caught at a light pull over to a safe location and wait. Just slowing down usually makes it hard for the person to catch back up and could result in an incident.
2) No stupid driving! i.e. going 80 in a 40mph zone / no weaving thru friday traffic / no burn outs it not cool and attracts too much of the wrong attention. Some people have cars that are less than, well i'll say it "ROAD LEGAL" and getting impounded by an officer that's sick of ricerS will make for a bad trip. Mine is however legal just thought i'd throw that in there. I do love good spirited driving so lining up and seeing what you got in 2nd or 3rd is fine so long as it's 100% safe.
3) Be nice but that's a given right? i.e. be respectful to everyone we are going to a hot rod event and some are not as welcoming as others so just shrug them off.
4) Stay off the phone unless absolutly nessary while driving. Thats just a peeve of mine.

Good rules to go by. Although I drive an AT so no burnouts for me 
5-5:30 is a good meet time. I say we leave out from Wal-mart at 6:15??? I wont get back to the boro till 5 from work so I will prob. just go to the car wash right as you pull in to Wal-mart and spray mine off. Sucks you cant go FSTRX804 I was just in Memphis this past weekend.
