For the Ga gang, I put together the beginnings of group schedule. It would be nice to have everyone send me a list of your planned events so I can group them on the schedule. Will make it easy to see what's going on at a glance. The link is available from the home page as well.

MD, I know you posted a schedule somewhere but I can't find it.

do me a favor, don't assume you know ANYTHING about me or anyone else here. I would just like to keep things civil.

You also know nothing about this group. WE have all learned to get along with each other, without being dicks, much less measuring them. So, as an outsider, do me a favor, and chill the F**k out. I know how to deal with TA2 and his bravado, I don't mind it.

I'm afraid Robert would intentionally lose just to see me wear a dress.

Seriously, I know I shouldn't do this crap, cause it usually gets taken wrong. But when it's this bad, I can't resist.

I enjoyed the weekend at Barber, and you and your group were a large part of that. Unlike many, I instruct because I get a kick out of helping guys improve. However, when I see the types of drivers that were in the Inst/Solo group at PBOC, it's very disappointing. Too many guys are in a big hurry to solo their students, and that's what leads to what we saw out there.

This much is fact...a stock Z06 driven even half-assed will not be dusted by a mildly modified Mustang (unless the driver is Paul Brown) or even a race prepped CRX . If someone is getting their jollies by blowing past these Sunday drivers (blue hair and knuckles I like to say), then they're missing out. If that's offensive to anyone, take it up with Chevy, cause I don't like it either.

Yep, Sunday rocks. I will only drive on Sunday. By the end of the day, I've had all the driving I need.

Hey, I finally logged in under my name!

I think this thread has been hilarious ever since I started keeping up with it when I heard gold mustang guy started slammin on my rental ride . The banter between him and realtq has been great . Sounds like people will love it for a minute then somone will get REALtorqed out of shape and then someone will try to bring everyone back together and then it's back to bashing again. Personally, I'm dissapointed when I check on the thread and there isn't somebody getting jabbed or poked . Now y'all get back to it , it's very entertaining!

Delirium tremens (DT's), severe shaking, heard voices, or seen things that were not there after heavy drinking?

There are also going to be some dates with the Peachtre BMWCCA. They always do Friday(instructor/solo) Sat. & Sun. all groups. On Friday it is pretty much open track all day with open passing, my favorite. You might want to put this on your calender. This group usually runs 3 events at Road Atlanta and they are a great bunch of guys. They are kind of laid back. David

They ARE a great bunch. They asked me to be their photographer for an event OCT 2005 and I had a blast. Were any of you guys there?

Those pics were before I built my stroker motor. I went to a Panoz laping day in Oct. whith that motor plus a 3.90 gear swap. The factory gearing is 3.42. What a differnce in exit speeds. That weekend the clutch was gone and I mean gone., but I still managed lap times as the same with the 3.42. I just put in a McCloud twin disk and what a differnce it made at Barbers. The clutch, flywheel and pressure plate only weigh 19lbs. David
