Techno--I didn't buy my 8 from this dealership b/c, quite frankly, their sales department sucks (even though they're less than a mile from me), but I've seen some people post good things about Jim Ellis Mazda here in Marietta, off Cobb Pkwy. Me, personally, I go to Stone Mountain Mazda, alllll the way across town, where I got my car. Very nice and responsive people there. You might also want to check out the Good Guy/Bad Guy section for further reviews. Hope that helps a bit. Also, for non-warranty work, check out Mazcare, also in Marietta. Their website is http://www.mazcare.com .

I have had excellent sales results at Jim Ellis (3 vehicles purchased there) and very attentive service as well. They are true beleivers in customer satisfaction and always do a bunch of follow up after the fact. I like that a lot.
The hands down best Mazda shop in town is Mazcare. The owner has an RX8. They also are very committed to customer care and do a great job after the fact too. I was referred to Mazcare from a coworker who had an RX7 rebuilt by them. I have been a customer ever since and recommend them to everyone I come across with a Mazda car or van.

Thanks for all the great info. I will be going to Jim Ellis as its the closest to my house. Glad to hear they have a good rep. I going to drop the car off so they can work on it while I'm in Vegas for a week. The bonus is that I get to leave their loaner at the airport for 6 days Im just getting a couple of TSBs done and the N Flash.

Have used Rick Case Mazda near Gwinnett Mall and their service guys have been great so far. The sales guys are the ultimate cheeseballs ever and after about five minutes in their presence, I hurridly left. Ending up buying from Skyland Automotive in Asheville NC. GREAT salespeople and a fun drive down the Blue Ridge Mountains back to ATL.

Have used Jim Ellis- Marietta as well. Very good service and they seem to care alot that the customer is satisfied. Recently had TSB work done on the front brakes. They "turned" my rotors w/o asking me. And when I mentioned that the svc mgr offered to replace my rotors at no charge. Also said he would paint the rusting rear rotors at no charge too. Unexpected good service.
BTW, I live in Dallas and drive Marietta alot. Could be my red one..
