Hey guys, I will be coming along with my girl and 2 friends, so put me down. I have reserved a cabin at the Punkin Center Campground for friday night and will be meeting up with everyone in the morning. Got a question or 2, hope they haven't already been answered: Figured we all needed to pay the $16 catering fee, does this by chance include a shirt also?
If we don't make it to the breakfast at 9, what time are we expected to head out?

The $16 per person catering fee includes dinner, doorprize entry, a Brotherhood of the Dragon certificate and continental breakfasts in the morning. This still requires a pre-registration on the MazdaNow.com website, and an enrollment form filled out and signed.

I had originally wanted for this to include the t-shirts, but they are $15 apiece, which would push the "break-even" line further and further out of reach. So, unfortunately, t-shirts aren't included in the dinner-only package. If 100% occupancy isn't achieved, the Continental breakfast may have to be sacrificed one-at-a-time.

We were going to meet for a quick bite at 0900, discuss routes and safety and probably head out around 0930 to 0945. Everyone will fend for themselves for lunch, and dinner will be at the Mansion directly prior to the Dragon Ceremony and directly after the photo shoot.

I'm leaving Jax with BlueGrimRX8 and Agent of Chaos on Friday morning at 0630. That should put us up there arounf 2:00 p.m. I suppose 3:00 p.m. will be a good time to start showing up.... :D

us northerners are planning on leaving at 3 or 4 am to avoid DC rushhour traffic, throw in an hour of breaks and that puts us at the place at roughly 2 or 3 or later depending on traffic.
