GA RX8 Club Shirts
OK y'all - polls over. we have a winning design. I would like to get a shirt prior to Barber. Who is in? Looks like converting the logo to a digital thingie for the embroidery will cost $35. Shirts whatever they cost and putting the logo on a shirt is about $6. We can get an order in before Barber and go sporting colors. Who is in? I am. This means it will cost me $41 plus shirt. One more person brings the cost down to $23.50 plus shirt. Nine more ends up costing $9.50 plus shirt. Do you get the math? $35 divided by number of people plus $6 plus shirt = your own logo shirt.

Good News!
Air Force RX8, thanks for the suggestion on the free digitizing. I couldn't get that but I did the best I could. I talked to the embroider guy and he will trade the digitizing for me scanning in his price list and converting to PDF. I don’t mind doing it as it shouldn’t take too much time. Then you can call and place your order to him, send an email, or go by and drop your own shirt off and have it done for $6.00, which is what I will be doing. He does take credit cards. If you want I can bring them all to you guys at Mazcare or you can work it out on your own.
Color is your choice. I’m setting it up to print as 1, 2, or 3 color. The price will not change. The color brakes will be:
1. "RX-8"
2. Background of the rotor
3. Outline of the rotor, "GEORGIA" and "CLUB"
I had to modify the rotor because the line was too thin for embroidery on the original design. I also changed the number of teath on the gear to 31 which is close to what the actual rotor has and about half of what the original design had. He will run a sample before approval and I should have that by this Thursday. If all is well then we could have shirts by Friday week (July 22).
The website for the catalog is: http://www.thecorporatechoice.com
This is only a catalog for viewing. It is from the company that he purchases his goods from. You cannot order from there. I will have the prices scanned in and posted soon.
All of the logo images on shirts are gone but I can re-do them if you guys want to see some samples. Just let me know what colors you would like to see and I will work on it tonight after I get home from the office.
I hope all that makes sense, if not please let me know so I can clerify.
EDIT:

Not to throw a big loop in this but have you guys priced this out through Polak Graphics (the guy that does the RX8club.com stickers and shirts) just for the sake of asking???
Either way, I'm in....well, that is if you take me in as part of the GA group.....

Is this doable on a white shirt? (minus the gray/dk gray pixels)

OK, here are "some" samples of color just to get you thinking. The color choice is totally up to you as you will select your own combination. These are from the original art which is just a little different but it does show the color break out.
My suggestion is to first choose a color shirt you like then start with a simple embroidery like White. Then if you have a Winning blue car you may want to use Blue for the "RX-8".
I'll start with 1 color:

So what the Deal?
So do we just call and order from "Chris"? ....or are we doing a group buy, or something else?
Let's get the shirts!! I would like to order a few in different colors and sizes (the Wife -n- kids must look good when riid'in.
Can we choose the material, I have a bat of perfect cotton&silk, form Japan, that can be dyed to match any color (of course you will have to pay). It's white now, of course, but the company that imported it, will dye it, and sow it into shape you want. That is to say, so can have a RX-8 club dress shirt. ....or Sports Coat if that what you desire or can afford!

The steps to order:
1. Choose your shirt from the catalog: http://www.thecorporatechoice.com
or take your own garment by:
Ideas & Images, 273 Industrial Park Drive, Lawrenceville, GA 30045
2. Use the Price list PDF (To come)
Or call for pricing: 770-513-0375
3. Tell Chris what color thread you would like.
4. Wait for your order (approx. 5 working days.)
The digitizing should be ready by Thursday/Friday.

Looks like I caught this thread a little late, but for those of you ordering from chris, I suppose you're mostly doing T-shirts, my advice is get the Gildan G2000 for material, its a 100% cotton Tee with a weeve thats smoother to the touch. It's much less expensive then the Hanes Beefy-T and of better quality then the Hanes Heavyweight Cotton Tee.
