Just got back from Mazcare... thanks so much for letting me know about that place guys! Met Charlie, Allan and Boo (freakin cool dog)... they were very helpful and did a clean job on the oil.
Charlie told me to tell Mazda about a small shutter I have when going between Drive and Reverse (going to Mazda today for them to do my tail so hopefully they'll fix whatever or let me know). He/I think it's probably an engine mount, which was done on the car back in 05 I think... so will keep ya'll updated. Other then that my 8 looks and feels to be in really good shape, so made me feel good. That and the 100K warranty are always a plus hehe.

Yeah was good stuff...
Then I went to Mazda of Roswell on Alpharetta HW and they checked out the shutter... was infact the L and R engine mounts as well as the bracket. They told me the mounts were once replaced on the car but with the old style, so they put the newer style mounts on and has been driving great. Clean install on the tail as well, so no complaints with their service either so far.
Also, they got the exhaust finishers in for me... expensive I know.. but they do look to be good quality and think they'll go good when I eventually buy the full RB exhaust and RP cat. Also, always fun to tinker on the car and have some easy stuff to do.

I'd like to thank all who attended our little Bar BQ get together last month. I had a blast and was overwhelmed at the same time. I'll send out formal e-mails thanking people individually at some point.

whats up guys my name is luis and i run the club over in nola (new orleans) im planning a huge road trip for my club and stone mountian is one of my planed stops wile staying the night in or around that area.
what i would like to know is if you guys would like to set up a joint meet on sept 2.

You should login over at Georgia RX-8 Club Forum, not to hijack folks, but that is where the majority of us socialize, and where anything local gets planned. Bunch a good stuff over there too.
