Hotels in Miami Beach
Hey guy/gals.
My wife is will be attending a conference in Miami next month and I might tag along. The conference is at the Fontainebleau hotel. The hotel rate is expensive so I'm looking for possible alternatives in the area.
Do you know of and can recommend any inexpensive hotels that's in walking distance? What are the typical rates in that area? I won't have a car so everything needs to be close to the conference. The hotel is on 4441 Collins Ave. Thanks for your help.

Hey, just saw your post.
There really isnt anything on South beach thats decently priced to be honest. If your willing to go a bit farther then you have a few options, or go into one of the dinkier hotels, but I wouldnt recomend it myself.
Also, your not gonna be going many palces without a car in SoFla. if it's only for a couple days you'll be fine on the beach but otherwise you might want to think about renting a car.
Dont know what your hotel rate is at the Hilton, but the Best Western 4 blocks away is usually under 100 bucks a day. When ya go into Coral gables and such (about 20 minute drive) your looking at the 80 dollar range for a nice place.
PM me if ya want any mroe info and such
