Thanks man! The plan is to be there friday the 13th (eek) early afternoon to borrow some floor space in one of Charlie's storage bays and a couple tools to do my condenser screen and intake. From there, not sure of the plans.....I think Andretti's?

I'd like to get screens as well. I'm seeing too much gunk and crap on my oil coolers.

 

You ought to see your a/c condenser, you would be surprised. I did not realize the beating they take.

 

Let Charlie know. If he can get them in fast enough, I'll help you get them on. The install is pretty cut and dry. Just gotta drop the front bumper (sounds worse than it is).

Charlie, If someone needs my screens before my sway bars come in, go ahead and help them out and re-order mine with my sway bars. I'd rather someone on the track have a little protection. I'm not too worried about regular daily driving. Just let me know.

Just think, you still get the joy of smelling gas and rubber, enjoy the spirit of the event by being one of NASA's chosen few by helping your fellow driver, and you get to google over other folks $500,000.00 rides. You get to check out the track prior to throwing it at your car. You get lunch on the house...and most importantly, you'll be with us, damn it!!

Besides, it would suck to break a leg or something of that effect as Charlie shoves you into the wall at Andretti's Friday night, then not be able to drive the event......:D

Are Scott and Alen coming to Andretti's? You know....you could have them come, talk about work a little and write it off for all three of you??? hmmmmm, maybe we could all become Mazcare employees for the day????

 

Heck, the camraderie will ALWAYS be there, even those in our group that can't make it to the event in person will be there in spirit......ALWAYS...:D

 

I have a friend at work that just bought a s2000 (big honda freak....but we'll have to let that slide..he's already moding the thing...), that may be joining us to help and check out things......

Really?!? I looked up on the NASA site and the forums and it didn't say anything... Damn. I was looking forward to it too...

I guess the money I'll save on the hotel that weekend can go toward the August Event. I'm on the track then! I'll look into some Hawk HP+ to see how they work.

If we get 4, 6, or 9 folks, there is a group price.....??? or is it may be for one person signing up for multiple dates??

What track is that, and wehre is it? I have heard it mentioned in the SE section before, and can not remember where. I would be interested.
