Hi Splan - sorry you can't join us this time. Did you autocross this past weekend?
My settings are as follows:
Front Camber(L,R) -1,-1
Caster 7.0,6.9 - the guy couldn't get it to be perfectly even
Front Toe In .01,.01
Rear Camber -1.4,-1.4
Rear Toe In .02deg, .02deg

I was running a bunch of rear toe in before so I reduced that. I also increased front camber but it isn't overly aggressive.

Gosh I can't wait. I'm thinking of all the things I've got to get done before the weekend. I've been working on my heal-toe at almost every turn I have going to work. Hopefully the weather will let me wash and wax. I've also got to change the oil this week. I just installed sink in my garage so I'm looking for an excuse to work on something so I can wash my hands!

Se you guys in a few days. It's a reunion! We should make shirts!

"Road Atlanta Rotary Reunion"

Maybe with an RX-8 image and a RA picture? Anyone, Anyone??? I know a couple of custom shirt designers here.

I am shooting for the PPF to be tested and installed by Wednesday but that depends on how much prep I can get done today(Tuesday). My priority is the trip, obviously, but I would like to at least be able to bring the unpolished version down so you guys can play around with it and compare it to the stock version while we do Trace's flywheel. I discovered a slight fuel seepage and nitrous leak from my new pressure sensors so I need to reseal those, install the Rotora "cheese graters" and Project Mu brake pads, get a couple of custom-sized quality drive belts so mine doesn't squeal like usual after my 9,750 rpm nitrous blasts, top off the trans and diff, get my numbers from the local print shop if they can make them, etc., etc...... You get the point.

Just thinking about the weekend brings saucer-eyes and a big grin. Even the solo drive down will be a load of fun.

Looks like we will have a day of rain no matter what. I would prefer it to be Saturday so if we get moved to HPDE2, he can have Sunday in the dry. Either way, it is gonna be great I am so looking forward to this weekend.

I'm the first casualty...unfortunately. I haven't had a chance to get the car to Mazcare to check it out so I'm pulling out due to the oil metering pump screw up. I've rolled mine over to the fall event at RA so hopefully we get a another good showing then as well.

It is only one day of rain. You have Sunday and possibly part of Saturday at this point. Besides, I think it is still early to have an accurate weather prediction...

Don't worry, I'm still going to bring them. If the weather is nice, and we have enough time during lunch, I'll let you guys try out the slicks. It's a totally different world. I'm nothing but impressed with these.
