I assure you, he represents it well. No mistake there, just good old fashioned admitting to it. You see, silver is on a 12 step program, he no longer denies all of his faults.

LOL, took the opportunity to aerate the grass on two occasions and on another turn drifted my *** end out all the way around the last big turn. First session of my first track day! I thought I was done for the day because of the track rules of 2 times off track and your out! That was quiet scary. I calmed down after that first session and got down to business though. I finally understood the meaning of "slow in, fast out". Thank goodness it wasn't turn 12 at Road Atlanta!

How long (and how easy) is it to take the back seat out?

Very easy:

Grab the front of the base of the seat and snap it upwards. There are two nylon receivers for snap in's and they will pop out if you pull hard enough. Will not hurt anything but it will scare the hell out of you the first time you do it. Then there are two bolts at the base of the back of the seats. Ratchet those out and pull the base forward and lift out. Piece of cake.

Note: When putting the seats back in, don't forget to bring your seat belts forward. Mine are still behind the seat from TGPR. I'm lazy!

EDIT:

I think you can do it easily in 15 minutes and still drink a bottle of beer and eat one of your locally famous Alabama Hot Wings.

The cloth seats don't weigh very much at all. Maybe 20-25 lbs.

This is GA. Our BBQ sause is so good, a lot of us have health problems and obesity due to the sause. The $hit is THAT good! Yeah, we have some good stuff. Phlash actually makes his own and it's devine.

been doing some calculations and my top speed in 4th gear at 8.5k and my track tires (17")will now be approx 118. The new ratios are going to make the back part of the track very interesting---and it looks like I may need 5th gear when driving 9/10.!
3nd gear speed is roughly 10mph per 1k engine rpm.

PM sent, if anyone else needs it, let me know, I will post it. I am trying to decide if I shoudl go have some camber added to the front before RA. I have scheduled to have an oil change and tranny and diff fluids swapped, maybe I should do this all in the same day.

I think I'm going to add some front neg camber. That, or take some out the back, whichever is easier.

Thanks SilverEIGHT for the heads up. I have had to use the back seat for helping the step-daughter move last summer, and some of the boxes stretched the leather. So now I have a permament impression on one of the seat backs.

rxeightr, If the stretch bothers you enough, you may want to contact Paul at Mazmart and see if he has one for a good price.

I would add to the front, depending on where you are already. My front driver's side tire wore pretty uneven, due to not enough negative. I am going to go up to -1.5.
