Dont get your hopes up here. Itsd geat to have someone test these things for us but with our modern day ignition system and the coils we have --i havent seen anyone say anything other than a smoother idle.

Um yeah, kinda what OD said. I actually have put it on but took it off to get warranty work a few months ago so it is not on right now. I think this one only made a difference in my bank balance but I'll let you know when it is back on. Mean time, I don't really give it a thumbs up for us n/a guys. I think that if a turbo were added, it would make a difference because of the higher cyl. pressures, etc.

ok guys i havent offically signed up yet. I think I would like to run the hpde 1 with the "crowd". My questions are:
1- would r compunds be allowed? (i have a surprise for yall to see)
2- I have been signed off hpde 1 twice already does that matter?
I know I need to move on this but I will await anwsers?
I just remember how much more fun I had when I was on the track with a lot of friends.

TA -- dont get me wrong I didnt mean to sound like I was going to leave you and Lego hanging. Nope --will not do that. Maybe some more can move to HPDE 2? I just like large parties so I can do a lot of point by's at turn 12!
Forgive this old fool for not getting my words straight. Wild week--I have 15 high school cheerleaders spending the night at my house this week. At one time I would have thought that was as good as it could get,---but those days have passed--according to my wife.

This event is going to be a lot of fun. With so many of us now signed up, welcome whiterex, we will have really good representation. I don't know if I will be in DE 1 or 2, depends on what Dave tells me after TGPR, either way it will be fun. We need to get there early, and stake out a big area in the paddock. It would suck to be spread all over the place.
I know that in March last year, you guys got cheap hotel rooms near the track. Since Phlash will not be with us, meaning the RV will not be with us, where do we need to look at making reservations, and how many people will stay close to the track as opposed to going home? I will stay close, since it is about 70 minutes from my house to the track. I dont need another early morning spped run befoer track time this year.

Hey guys, you ALWAYS do this. I am so siked for this event, I can't see straight. I can't wait to get to the track.
I am getting weak, I didn't have the cage welded up, and they just happened to get a white one like I want at the Mazda place. I may be braking in a newbie, getting the cherry poped....
