I hope that all is well with everyone! Landon and I are looking forward to race weekend this weekend at Roebling. The following is my forecast for this weekend:

The forecast for meteorologists:
Cold will pass though the Low Country (Savannah) Late Thursday night. Behind the cold front, High pressure will build into the area on Friday. The high pressure building into the area will bring in Cold air advection (CAD). The CAD will bring breezy conditions along with mostly sunny skies on Friday. Friday night the breeze will die out and under clear skies, a radiational cooling night will set up. This will bring some of the coolest fall temperatures our way since spring. Saturday the center of the high pressure will sit right on top of the area. This will bring Mostly sunny conditions along with low humidity. Sunday, as the high pressure moves off the coast, Heights will rise so temperatures will be a little bit warmer.

The forecast for everyone else.....
FRIDAY: Mostly Sunny, Breezy, highs in the upper 70’s, Lows in the low to mid 50’s.
SATURDAY: Mostly Sunny, Dry, Highs near 80 with lows near 60.
SUNDAY: Mostly Sunny, Warmer, Highs in the mid 80’s...you might need your Cool Shirt for Sunday.

guys ---bass rd exit is number 172---thats exit 172 then take a right. Go about 100 yards and there is a service/big convenience store on the left. Thats where we will meet. Let me know what time. Yall have my numbers---this is going to be great

Unfortunately I will not be caravaning with you guys to Savannah as I won't be able to leave until about 3pm. I hope to be at teh track in time to tech on Friday. If not, I will catch up with y'all via cell phone and get teched etc Sat morning.

 

Departure time for me and Phlash, depends on how long Phlash takes to get his car worked on. POS Mazdas.

But we will give you a call when we head out, to give you a general idea of when we will get there. Then Give you another call once we get to about Exit 180 or so, to give you a chance to get to the meet up point. I have your home # in the cell phone now, so we are good to go.

 

We'll be waiting on you at Spanky's.....

 

You guys have some fried potatos on me. And make sure you order an apetizer, you know how long it takes at Spankies. It is like waiting on TA to make a lap at Roebling . J/K. I can't wait to hear the stories.

 

Hey - last time at Roebling you said that was the last time you guys would ever go to spanky's since the service was so bad. Maybe since you had a great time on track, that memory clouded your bad experience there. Why not go to Hooters near there, they have the best looking hooter girls I have ever seen at that one!

 

I was talking that over with L8 earlier today.......I think we may do that......

All right you guys, I just abruptly woke up from a really good sleep saying to myself "go tell everyone to be REALLY SAFE this weekend". I hate it when I do that! So, anyway, PLEASE DRIVE SAFE going down to Savannah and NO HIGH-SPEED DRIVING AWARDS! Every car WILL come back just like it went down except for just a little less rubber. I'm really going to miss being with ya'll.

w00t w00t....still don't know what that means...but...w00t w00t anyway.

It is track day, wel almost. I abruplty woke up at 2:30 a.m., ready to get out of town. I decided to wait a while. But I am ready to get goin now, a trip to pick up tires and the EZ-UP, then a trip over to see our good buddy Charlie, and then we are hitting the road.

I will take plenty of video, hopefully some of it turns out this time, and hopefully I can pass at least a couple cars, won't be able to hat the nice collection of passes that TA does, but oh well.

Thanks Silver!! Wish you were going to be there. I will say again--once you drive roebling you cant wait to do it again. If you though RA is fun --try this one!(RA is definitly more challanging)
