Roebling With Nasa-who Is Going?
May as well get a thread started on this fellow rx 8 idiots. Ready for some more fun? This time I will have brakes.
Roebling=no dsc--high G turns, double apex turns, much softer paddock area, lots of shade trees and low county scenery!!
Lets start the list. I HAVE to have some company in hp 3 guys. It is just not the same without it.
MD --soon, I m sure you will have enough torque to pull the Bud beer Wagon around RA with a sub 1:50 time!

The Turkish Delight
I signed up already as well. Can't wait! I'll have the battery relocated by then using the 11 lb PC545 drycell. The door panels and power windows will be out. I'm going to try to reweigh the car at Roebling and see if it (and I) have lost any weight.

I won't be able to make it guys, and it kills me. Roebling is my favorite place to wear out tires, develop leaky main seals, loose lugnuts, hit tires and leave in a cloud of dust. I will be in Houston, at a graduation for one of my lifelong friends. But i will make it there in September with NASA. I won't miss that one.

I have not signed up for Roebling yet but will likely be there. I am contemplating the BMW club's event at Barber the following weekend which is the wife's birthday. That is bound to put me in a world of trouble especially if I do 2 w/e in a row away. Maybe the smartest thing is just Roebling...

Guys, I am going to do the seat-time event instead of NASA. More seat-time, no charge for me, plus all my friends (Steve, Dan, Spencer) are all going to be there. Spencer will be driving the car that did a 1:06 there two weeks ago. I wouldn't miss that for anything. HOpefully, I can steal a few laps in the car too. I rented a C6 Z06 for the event, so I am shooting for the 1:14'S/15's. The fastest I have ever been was a 1:19 in a friends modded Evo.
Have fun, and hopefully I will see a few of you at the Seattime event.

waiting on the coupon acceptance per Julie--havent heard back yet.
it will probably be HOT--so lets get a spot under the trees--where we busted TA's tank--remember?
I have invented a tool to clean your disc's when you change your pads for the track.
