thats the same folks I bought the yellow colored tint for my fog lights---it is pre cut also. the guy who does this lives close to Road Atlanta.
Well the votes are in and we are going to savannah thursday night all---ye haaaaa--midnight(almost) run!!!!
Just to show you the value of a COMPLETE pre track inspection----was finishing mine up today and while under the hood I could have sworn my superblue brakefluid was just a little higher in the master cylinder the last time i looked.
WELL----IT WAS!!!!! A LITTLE LOOK SEE REVEALED A LEAK IN THE BODY JUNCTION OF THE PASSENGER SIDE OF MY STAINLESS STEEL BRAKE LINE!!! A VERY SMALL LEAK BUT A LEAK NONE THE LESS
Daymnnnn!!! Sure am glad i found that---dont even want to think about if i had not. DONT TAKE SHORTCUTS ON THE TRACK INSPECT GUYS! When you think about it --this is serious stuff.
No fear-- I will reinstall my stock lines (on the rear) tomorrow. Whew--close call.
So Silver and I will be burning midpipe on I-16 tomorrow night!

Car is packed with everything but me and my clothes. I'ts gonna be a long day tomorrow at work. I will be wanting to get out of there BIGTIME! I called about the room and they said it will not be a problem getting in tomorrow evening as they have about 35 rooms vacant for Thursday night. The lady trying to change reservations was clueless and said she would leave a note for someone else to fix it. I will call again tomorrow to make sure all is well.

Phlash, I've had a little change in my video equipment plans. It's kind of up in the air right now as my small video camera is toast and I don't know if I can get my Canon XL1 in the car as it is jam packed. I will have to re assess this afternoon before I take off.

4 sessions a day!!!! + last session of the day will be with hpde 4 etc --that will be a learning experience. TA will be on the track with us again!!
Com on Don lets go! I am dying here and my wife is tired of me! Dont eat lunch and leave early! unscheduled drs appointment----something!!!

Charlie sez hey to everyone. Went by this morning and got brake bleed, plugs checked/cleaned, and a good once over.
Saw a guy probably in his 50's driving the sweetest black 3rd gen there. Alan told me on the side he owns like ten cars, all of them sweet and fast, and he had tons of work done on the 7. So I met him - Don Clifford - he will be driving it in HPDE1. He is supposedly very fast, has just never driven NASA. If you look at the sched, his wife Donna will be driving the 07 Lotus Exige S. Didn't get much of a chance to invite him to hang out as Charlie was stealing him to go drive his car around. So if you see a lotus/and or black FD tooling around before I do, say hi to Don and Donna.
He has heard of you TA, and I believe he requested you also.
So that is my fun news.
My not so fun news is a major issue at work. I am going to have to put a few hrs in tonight Phlash, so no way I am making the caravan. I will have enough time to check in, and get to the track as Seat time is finishing to tech. When I leave sun, may have to drive straight to work and go in.

i am setting on the doorstep with my bags packed looking like a littel kid running off to join the circus.
Not really---actually I am lying on the sofa, drinking diet coke ,petting the dogs and watching an old bruce lee movie.
We are going to get a LOT of track time this w/e Don---a lot!
better bring an extra hundred for the gas.

After all of that, I ended up back where I started. Car goes to AMS in a week, Ohlins, sways, Flash, etc..... No sunroof+aluminum roof+LSD+ACD=faster than the black EVO (which I still miss AND WAS PAID FOR).
Oh, and there are 3 (three) sets of R compounds in the garage and another set of rims on the way ....
The protigal Track ***** has returned. /chanting on/ aaaaaaahhhhhhh1 /chanting off/
