Let me count the squeezes:
2006
CMP - 2 days
RA - 3 days
Rockingham - 2 days but about 6 sessions/day on that cheese grater surface
Roebling - 2 days
Barber 2 days
2007
CMP - 2 days
Road Atlanta - 3 days
Road Atlanta - 2 days
Rockingham - 2 days

I feel like STF when he was saying 1 more event on these old Azenis. However, after Rockingham last month and having no grip in the infield, I think they are toast. If I could find a way to bring the unmounted toyos and the mounted azenis to the track, that would be ideal but there is only so much space avaialble in the RX8.

Silver---I ain't no Ho--I am just your neighborhood ****--trying to work my way up.
Told the wife --we have a place for you and anyone else who would like to stop over. We do have to promise to sleep. oh well at least she didnt say we couldnt lie! It takes about 2 hrs at the most to get there--then we have to tank up at the station and I will have to swap tires around etc.
To the track virgin--bet ya you ain't any older than I am! Dont worry man --we talk some stuff but you are going to have a GREAT time. We can talk alignments, brake fluids, pads, tires, tire pressures, engine oil, coolants, suspenions and a bunch of other stuff all day. Just bring what ya have---(Charlie will make sure you have the must haves), alignment would be good--sure TA and them have spoke to ya about that--tires pressures will go need to go up a little but that will be no problem. If you still have a lot of thread on your tires then they are going to leave there with a little showing of wear? Depending --you may want to rotate them on Sunday--we will help you keep an eye out. Our oem o40's back in the day held up very well. So you wont have any problems for sure. It is not a bad track on brakes. Dont know about an automatic out there---dont know about the auto's transmissions temps etc. Charlie will guide you there.
Come on Phlash --come to Macon thursday night---come on TA, come on P, come on T--lets raise a little hell before it gets too hot!

Ok, I have tried to get it to work but there is no way for me to be able to work out the Thursday nigh5t deal and drive seat time.....schedule just has too much in it......so.......

I will head the caravan through and out of hot-lanta to Macon and then onwards to the track to watch the seat time folks run and mingle....

So, the plan is to be at the Wendy's in Macon (OD, can you tell me what that exit was please) around 11:00am, hang for 30 minutes or so, gas up, and head out......I think we have a couple NASA folks meeting there as well. So, who's with me????

STOKED!!!!!

Well, I called about renting a Miata and / or a Z06, but they have nothing free. I have a call into my buddy to see if I can run his R32 in Time Trials on Saturday, but I haven't heard from him either.

I guess I will just have to go get a car ......

UPS split my delivery in half. I have 2 of the 4 Toyos in. I also have some new brake pads but only need to do rears. Should I sign up for Time Trials? I would be in TTD.

I have 16 small zip up tool bags (14.5" x 5"), similar to a bank bag but a little longer. You may have seen them in my tool bag at the track sometime. They are great for separating out wrenches from screwdrivers etc. I will bring them to RR and give them to anybody that wants them. There's enough to go around. If you speak up, I'll go ahead and put some aside for ya. I'll divide them up equally for those that want them. So If I have 2 people interested... you will get 8 each.

New Hawk Plus pads in via UPS on Friday. High temp (2,000º) brake caliper grease due on Thursday. Brake pads, Mid-Pipe, camera mount and oil changed on Saturday. installed on Saturday. Can't wait! I really like the ritual of getting ready for track.

One thing I'm not ready to do is bleed the brakes, can I get someone to help me because I'm not confident to do it myself yet.

Silver, mind if I reserve 3 of them? I'll more than likely be at CMP or RoadA next.

You all have a great time for me please. After the autocross this weekend, I really want to take the car back out on an open track. The exhaust has really freed up some of the top end. Plus the starter would always turn around and plug up his ears every time I left the start. Made me rev just a little more before launching. Enjoy Roebling and give those piston's hell! I'll see you all at CMP.

I won't be at Roebling, but I would not mind a couple. Maybe lunch one day.

What time to we need to leave you think from my house---how strict is seat time? How long does their tech take etc?
