Hey all, I am interested in going but I need some more info, such as the location of this place, equipment that you need to have, and cost. This will be my first time on a track so what can I expect?

Click Here for Info on tracking RX8's (From Competition Thread)

Note the link above, I skimmed it, and found some great things in there.

As for the track, it is in Savanah (sp) GA, and the site is www.roeblingroad.com.

For the most information go to www.seat-time.com, Jon K, (Chief Steward) will be happy to help out where he can.

Keep in mind, it gets HOT at this track. I would HIGHLY recommend bringing some shade, or pitting under the trees. Don't be tempted to pit close to the pits, you can drive to the track, and an ounce of shade is like money down here.

I won't be making that one either. FYI, racecar cockpit temp measured 165 deg. f. in august at Roebling. It's one way to lose weight but diet and exercise work are actually more comfortable!

Geez. What a bunch of lightweights! I didn't complain about the snow at RA in December.

WOW, I was admiring how you guys were pulling this together, then I read the last 6 post and it's like someone farted and everyone left the room, abruptly! :D I was even thinking about driving over for a photo session. Oh well, I'll see ya'll at Road Atlanta! :D
