RotorSports Racing
I am currently doing research to have my 04 Renesis rebuilt and a upgrade to the Greddy Turbo kit.
One question I have is has anyone heard of RotorSports Racing, they are based out of North Carolina and claim they are able to confidently mill my rotors to use NRS 3mm ceramic apex seals. I am curious if anyone else has used their rebuild services or tuning. Thanks.

i've heard of them and there out of kannapolis nc, i've spoken with one of the guys that work there and they wouldn't recommend doing a greddy turbo kit and wanted me to invest in doing a 20b swap. i've heard they do great work but as far as pricing goes i'm not too sure.
where are you located?

I'm in New Bern, I don't want to do a 20b swap just yet, maybe years down the road. This rebuild however, I am going to have it built with regard to supporting a turbo, however I am already interested in upgrading to something other than my Greddy turbo, i'd go with the BNR upgrade if there was more success on the forums, but I haven't seen anything substantial yet and the MM upgrade has a long turn around time, longer than i am willing to take.

i here ya man, i'm actually going to install my greddy kit soon as it comes in the mail. but i'm the same way about the bnr kit, i will upgrade to the kit once i'm ready for a rebuild or order a REMAN from mazda. i think the 20b turbo is a little to much, considering the budget and i'm not looking for insane power.

I highly encourage ditching the e-manage for the Accessport.
I just wish there was a reliable setup that I can follow for my build. I am having a hard time figuring out what seals to go with etc.. let alone where to take it, debating on these guys or Rotory Resurrection.. I'm bout to start pulling out my hair.. ugh!

I've heard of them before, I will send them a shout, Kane many miles was your car at before you left and how much boost were you running? Also the only video of your startup I could find on the youtube was where you ran some seafoam any chance you can post a link thanks

there are a couple other front mount options aside from SFR, but MAF experience with them is extremely limited or non existant, and IIRC modification has to be done to use MAF
Greddy snail is a waste of time. BNR upgrade isnt ever gonna do anything. MM/BHR collaborative effort would be good, but you might wait 4 years for it to happen.

that leaves SFR and custom work. SFR does good work, even MM approved

Kane do you still feel the BNR upgrade is good to 330whp or so from your experience with J.Cab?

So what you're saying is.... There's a Chance!! I'm quite optimistic then, besides by the time I make this decision Greg's will have been to the dyno again which will help me and my decision more.

The guy at rotorsports is Brian. He's a good dude. He did the FD build for my buddy while he was deployed. Guy is legit. Does work with rob golden as well. Ceramic seals are expensive and not worth it on our engines IMO. I just finished my build and I will be saving my pennies for an FD swap.
