Hey Silver, sorry I wasn't here. My mother's house was 'attempted' to be broken into. I had to stay with her (she is handicapped) till my father got home from his road trip. I was dissappointed because the blue Volkswagon R32 that Spencer brought (coil-overs and R's) was there for me to drive, since Jill, Spencer's wife decided not to come. As for Seat-Time events, Jon K runs a great show, and he knows Roebling better than anyone I know. He took a stock Evo to a 1:26.

On a side note, did you see Spencer in his race car? He was running 1:10's out there. It looks like a Radical on steriods. That same car, with a stock Hayabusa motor (I think), went a 1:06 with the old Vector team driver.

STF, Jon not only runs a great show, he is one of the nicest guys I've met in my driving experiance. He would help you with anything, ask you questions and was always around if you needed him to talk to a friend on the telephone. Just a damn nice guy. He's also a hell of a good instructor as he rode with me on my 4th session and he made a world of difference in my driving. Can't wait to do another round with Seat-Time.

I think that car only ran on Friday and I got there after they were finished if it's the car I'm thinking of. Was it the red, open wheel one? Would love to have seen that one run.

Thought I'd share this email from Jon Krolewicz of Seat-Time. You guys need to spend some time with his events. I do believe it is the best time in the car I've had to date.

Don

======================================

Hey Everyone,

I wanted to extend a big thank you for attending the April 6 and 7 (or some combination thereof) days of the SeatTime at Roebling Road Raceway.

We gave just over 130 min to everyone each day, and I am very happy that it was safe, with only a few offs and spins.

Good luck to the guys who attended that will be going on One Lap of America next month, which include the red BMW M3, the White Subaru STI that was there on Saturday, and sponsorship-dependent the gold/silver STI that was there on Friday.

I will be there in something, maybe a Miata, maybe an Evo, or maybe an STI. Instructor Jeff England will also be going on One Lap as well, so we will have good representation across the country on May 5-12. There should be updates of the event at Car&Driver.com, onelapofamerica.com, racerjon.com and lake-effect-racing.com.

The next SeatTime day is May 18, the Friday before the NASA weekend at Roebling, so I expect a big turn out as NASA guys come in to get some testing done.

Pictures should be up later tonight at:

Thanks again, and I look forward to seeing everyone out at the track soon,

Jon Krolewicz

Jon is a great guy. His events are always good, and his dad is a phenom at running at watch.
