Feelin' the love, Jeremy.

It was definitely a HUGE turnout. We took up almost half of the venue!

Driving home from the mall. Pull up to a light, revs drop outrageously low, it won't idle straight. Vibrations are through the roof. Drove him nice and easy all the way home, anytime he sat still for a minute, it would dip down, I'm talking almost 500RPM. I figure a compression test is the first order of business. I'm at almost 90k miles.

have you checked coils, thats usually the fist place to look with this. I know I had dips when my coils went bad.

That's what I was thinking. I went 18K on the coils plugs and wires that were in the car when I bought it used, god knows how old they are. I wad going to buy the BHR ignition system and Charles suggested a compression test first, due to the mileage. I have no lack of power, no stuttering and I drive, nothing like that. I don't feel like the engine's lost any power whatsoever, I can't imagine that the motor's going. I have the extra cash, if I'm going to replace my coils, plugs and wires, I'd rather just get the BHR kit. lol

either way new motor or not you should get the BHR kit. mazda does NOT replace coils and plugs when replacing motor that cost is all on you.
