I have been transferred to the store in North St Pete.

What kind of job are you looking for? I see you have some training in electronics from the navy.

i am not sure what i'm looking for yet. really i just want something i will enjoy more than being in the Navy with decent pay. i was a Nuclear Electronics Technician for 10 years, so i have experience with nuclear power plant operations and microprocessor based system maintenance. i also have specific training in Fiber Optics and process controller systems.

If your good at fiber optics you may wanna try Verizon. The pay for fiber techs is really good and benefits I'm told are above par. I know its not nuclear electronics but I'm not familiar with that profession being a boom in mid state.

I'm meeting with a couple of rotor heads this Saturday 7 August at Parkside Mall, at the end of the Target parking lot across from the Gamestop and T-mobile store by 7:45PM and we will roll out by 8PM.

I will be racing my RX8 (weather permitting) and already have permission from my pet turttle to go and stay late.

You could try the company I work for metroPCS. I have been with them 5 years. Pay is good, benifits are great, room for advancement.
We are looking for an RF engineer, they might be willing to work with you given your background. The head of one of the team was in the Navy. Might be a good in. If you want send me your resume and I will forward it to them.

Last night at Bradenton. 13.54 1/4 mile time 102 mph trap speed. Ambient temp 88 and 90% humidity.

i will be there the beginning of September. my 8 has been dead for a while now. i'll be towing it down i think. i will have to either work on it myself or take it to a shop down there. i can still come out for a meet in my truck.
update on the job search* i've started working with a job recruiter. i will try to interview on the week of Sep 6. i'll be looking for places to live while i'm there too. can't wait to get out of VA.
