Honestly I am not sure...I usually go there and hope there are other Rotards and sometimes I get lucky.

Maybe we can just find a free spot but if there are other Rotardians in the paid parking area we will join them?

I will be there around 7:15pm to 9pm and then I may meet up with some Mazda friends I have...If they decide to hang out.
