Fast Import Cars in Pompano Beach (I think) is pretty good. I don't know how much they've done with the RX-8, but they've done tons of work on RX-7s as well as other cars. They're doing the sequential hose job on my FD right now. Prices there are very reasonable, although they're not the quickest bunch in terms of fast turn-around.

Those are the only 2 that I can think of that are Rotary specific shops and have things planned for the RX8.

Osborne Automotive out of Pembroke Park is a shop the parts dealer at Marlin Mazda referred to me. They are a few weeks away from turboing and having a race ready RX8. I have not been there or checked it out for myself yet, it's just something I heard.
