OK Guys I was there on Saturday around 12:30...rotorgeek and Danny were already there and had only ran 1 lap at the Performance challenge.....I think thanks to the weather it was not as HOT like last years Revit-UP and that was a good thing....on the bad side the track was a little damp but not bad enough for the event to be canceled, the target time was 28.2 set by the Pro guy!!!

I had a great time and that new Miata it is something else, the engine sounds beautifull and it handles GREAT it will go to were ever you want it to go and with great presicion.....
The School of Zoom Zoom was also good and I was able to realize how well our car's run and handle...Those RX8's were doged out and the instructors were really cool, I even got to run 3 times cuz' the instructor said I was running excellent...looking forward for next weekend Autocross!!!

My best time at the performance chanllenge was a 28.574 and I did a 26.3 with the Mazda 5 at the match time event...I know I had to match 30.00 but who cares I wanted to see how that Mazda 5 did and it is not bad at all for a mini mini van.

If you went to the event please post you're coments and fastest lap times here!!!!

 

I was there too. I matched the 30 second mark with the Mazda6, but me and my buddy cheated. We had a stopwatch on our cell phones. :p

Did you notice that the white RX8 was showing wires on the back right tire?

 

Yes I noticed the wires and they said it had some sort of suspension adjustment but didn want to give me any details....I drove the white car first and then a titanium one 2 more times :D

I should have done another run in the M5 with a stop watch but me and rotorgeek wanted to beat the hell out of the Mazda5 :p

 

I was beating the hell out of the mazda6. Since we had a stopwatch my buddy yelled at me to slow things down so I could hit 30.

I was at the finish by 24 seconds, so I basically stopped for 4 seconds and started again.

Did you happen to see that old guy on the MX-5 course spin out twice and get kicked out?

He was runnin really hard spun it out twice. I'm not too sure if he really got kicked out though. the announcer kinda mentioned he'd be DQed

yeah one of the said it was a 2006 with an adjustable Swaybars STOCK they went in the back and adjusted them for this course. all i know is it was sick :D
