Aftermarket gauges.

Aftermarket gauges.
Well the story goes that I hope to turbo my car over winter. It goes into storage at the end of this week. So im starting to order parts. It will be my first FI set-up. Im curious as to know which 3 gauges i should start with. I've been doing some reading and it seems the best 3 to start with would be:
1- Boost (obviously)
2- Wideband O2/AFR
3- Oil Pressure
I am looking into purchasing STRI X-line gauges.
Now my question is if the gauge company specifies that the oil pressure gauge is electrical does that mean i still need the oil pressure/oil temp adapter available through racing beat or can i just tap into a wire?
If I do still need this adapter what else would I need to go with it. Example: Mechanical or electrical sender? Where would I buy these and how do i know what size adapter nuts i need?
Thanks

You'll 100% need the oil adapter if you want to read Oil pressure and oil temp.
I went with Defi Gauges. Oil temp, Oil Press and Water temp.
I had Greddy Oil adapter before, I probably installed it wrong(or used the wrong bolt) it was leaking like ****. so I got the one made by Anniversary for Rotary Engines, it has been 4 days no leaking.

if your guages are electrical then it means you won't need to run a stainless steel line to the back of the guage. Instead you'll need a sending unit. (the guage company will offer it)
