some say that a spark plug spacer on the O2 sensor get the sensor out of direct airflow and does not cause the CEL off but the only 100% way is to get the AP and clear it or of course the black electrical tape always works....
BTW...put ur flame suit on....this has been discussed to death and is easily found by searching...

Tailgaters beware
Agency power on my RX-8
I have the exhaust and i tried the spacer to stop the cel and it didnt work. Flame suit is right... my car was shooting out 2 foot flames that scared away any tailgaters, the flame part is lots of fun but the loudness and fumes were a little too much so I kept my windows up most of the time.
On the plus side I did gain 12.5 rear wheel hp instantly. The cobb wasnt available when I had the mid-pipe in so I wasnt able to get rid of the cel and now I only use the Cat-back part so my ride doesnt sound so obnoxious. The tips do rattle after a bit because they are riveted on and the heat from the flames melts the rivets a little, I replaced a few rivets with nuts and bolts and have resolved the rattle. BTW I like it and it looks very nice, (even the dealship kept asking me where I go it). The tips do touch the lower part of the bumper area that surrounds them so I cut a small V shape out of the bottom which cant even be seen unless your under the car. When I get my Supercharger I will put the cat-less pipe back in for max gain and hopefully the sound will be better.
Here is a youtube of my sound and flames.

I would bet they dont have it either. You need to hit a specialty RX-8 shop to find one in stock. All the shops you mentioned list them but dont stock them. They just have them dropshipped from AP to the customer.

Yeah he is correct Jason and myself are the only ones that stock their parts on site.
I shipped my last one out the other day and have customers waiting as well.
Should really support the vendors that support the community I am sure either of us would be happy to match those prices.

Tailgaters beware
Mine is the dual resonated pipe but it is still loud as hell, I couldn't imagine one with a single resonator.
Get ready for headaches from the fumes pouring into the cab at stop lights. I'm thinking of putting a 3" high flow cat in the place of one of the resonators so it won't be so loud the police can hear it from inside the walls of the prison I drive by on my way to work everyday.

I love my AP exhaust but my front resinator is melting and changing shape. The CEL will turn off and on over and over. And I have discoloration on my bumper right above my exhaust tips but not noticeable unless you get real close and look that's from the flames shooting out! O ya two foot flames are nice but when I hit the spray my friend said they were basketball size and 4feet long!
