Agency Power Pulley Question

before you say anything, i know there is a thread about this pulley on the first page but it doesnt answer my question. i have this pulley and was was wondering about how much the water pump was affected by being underdriven. I have had heating problems on the track before i got a new motor and i know we need all the cooling we can. If i track my car and keep it at high RPMs for a long period of time, will this pulley cause my water pump to captivate and not cool as well. I havent installed it yet but will do it real soon but if the effects on the water pump at high rpms are a potential problem i may just sell it. does anyone have any good information or experience with this??

This pulley is designed to slow down the accessories, thus slowing the rotation of the water pump. The cavitation is caused by the water pump being spun too fast. This pulley should help reduce that problem.
