Simple to install yourself... don't waste your money paying someone else to install.
Just loosen tension from the drive belt (you'll see that adjusting the alternator's position is what applies/releases tension to the belt). Then remove the four bolts on the crack pulley and be careful not to damage/warp the eccentric shaft positioning plate that is behind it (a plate with "teeth" all around).
The AP pulley comes with a new belt, so just install everything in reverse order.

This should help explain how to apply/release tension to the drive belt:

Just once its installed, start the car and watch the belt and pulley... make sure its not squeaking and the pulley is properly balanced (not wobbly). Do not apply too much tension, but you also don't want it too loose.

You will likely have a difficult time getting the alternator pulley nut off...unless you have an impact gun....other than that it is straight forward
