After I put my pulley on I got the CEL but the reset worked fine I also disconneted the battery. Every once and a while the CEL will flash with RPM's above 8k and this only started since the pulley but I love it and think it works great.

Well I opened my mouth to soon. I decided to take them off and put thread lock. In the process of putting them back on I sripped 2 of them lukily one striped after it reached the proper torque. The second one stripped right before it reached full torque. Now I have three perfectly torqued bolts one of which is stripped and one that is somewhat torqued and also stripped. Do you think I'll be OK?

pulleys have been on for a few days. i deffinately think they help. driving my car in general feels so much better now. i feel like it accelerates to 4k faster (i shift at 4k for daily driving) might be in my head but oh well.. definately think this is a worthwhile mod. i would reccomend them. on top of that installing was not hard at all and was actaully fun. (cuz i dont work on my car much since im not car inclined..)

last tank i got 12mpg.... and this tank i got 17.... could this be the ecu learning the pullies or something else? my driving did not change, and if so did not realatively change by 5mpg........

My agency pulley arrived about an hour ago so decided to take some pictures and post them since everyone loves pictures ^.^ My apologies for poor image quality as it was taken with my camera phone.
Picture of everything that came in the box
Close up of pulley front and back
In case your wondering about the size of the pulley, a regular CD matches the top diameter perfectly.
Close up of the two belts that came with the pulley w/belt make and model info
and lastly the 4 hexagon bolts
Cant wait to get it bolted into the car, hope it works as great on the 6spd auto as it does on the MT.

Got mine yesterday. Tried installing it without a 5mm allen socket, and failed miserably. Once I had one, finished up easily. Had to do the full battery disconnect, but I just disconnected the negative terminal on the battery, put the key in the ignition, and set it to ON for a couple of seconds (obviously nothing happened), reconnected the battery and fired it up. The blinking CEL that i had from trying the pulley without reseting was gone. Went for a quick ride, and after no CEL, started paying attention to any gains. Noticed a little pickup between 3-6k RPM, nothing earth shattering, but noticeable. Not too shabby, worth the $150.

Yeah I would have to say that the gains are between 3-6k, but the tach needle definitely goes up faster. Smooth idle, HID headlights works fine, AC sucks but then again always has hehe (the AC in my RSX was colder and had higher cfm), and stock radio works fine. After I got everything installed, did the steering wheel thing to reset the DSC system and tried to do the brake reset but failed, thought i was doing something wrong so came back to read the thread and just turned out I wasnt pumping the brakes fast enough. After a successful brake reset, took it out for another spin and the CEL went alway.
Definitely worth the $120 or so dollars and the arm full of small scratches from working in the tight confines of the engine.

no, the pulley sets are different. The Agency Power is more underdriven, therefore giving you more effect. The general consensus is that only the Agency Power and the SpeedSource pullies work well.
