I'm sure most would recommend not to.
I have one and love it. Not much HP gain but I love the noise...
try to hear one in person before you buy one

Racing Beat has an air intake coming out. I think I will be getting that unit. From what I hear the Rotary Extreme unit is quite good as well.

Man - can't concentrate on work anymore... cgrx your killing me :D

As for intakes - I had the SR Motorsports for awhile - loved the crap out of it, but I sold it. Waiting for Racing Beat to introduce theirs. Try searching the forum, lots of threads about intakes.

If you already have a cat back and don't want a ton more sound coming from your car, the green air filter works pretty well. It breaths better than stock and is washable. You can get it for about $60, and it is a direct drop in replacement.

no it was for cgrx!! i gotta see more OF THAT!!

by the by i am going to make my own intake. i can get a big filter and measure, cut and bend pipe! you can buy the silicone sleeves and clamps. i'm not good at the math but if i ask nicely i bet RG will figure out the right dimensions for me. hell i could just measure someone elses!! maybe omicron would even put it in his DIY section :D it's got to be cheaper than the typhoon and will make just as much power

If you just have to spend money and want to go faster, I recommend a performance driving school, then invest in as many track days as you can afford. That will make YOU a faster, safer, better driver - and then EVERY car you drive will be faster, not just whatever car you last bolted an intake or exhaust onto! (and driving schools and track days are an unbelievable amount of fun)

Regards,
Gordon
