Any Ideas for a Cheap performance upgrade
I've got a stock 6 speed that i've put a light kit on and took off the muffler and put a y-pipe in, and i'm just lookin for ideas on sumthin that is equal to or less then around 5 or 600 that i can put in. Any ideas would help. Thanks

depends on what characteristics you want... loudness, tone qualities.... greddy would probably work well for you.
edit: i originally thought you were looking for something to replace the y-pipe, but now im not so sure. no matter what, there arent really any performance options in that price range...
do a search to find virtually all of your options.

$500 for emanage ultimate, $200 for harness. Ultimate will give you direct control over fuel injection and you can get 15-25 hp gain with it.
You can go cheaper with emanage Blue for about $200 + harness, but it has had issues with LTFT. I know MM had some fixes for blue, but I didn't pay enough attention to know if it resolves LTFT or not.
Aside from fuel management, there isn't anything south of $800 that will give you real world performance increases.
Flywheel will not give you more power, but it can free up hp... similar gain to a catless midpipe though - and the midpipe would be a lot cheaper due to install costs of the flywheel.
Intake and catback will give you nice sounds, but the gains are trivial and not really worthwhile if you want something tangable.

no such thing as cheap performance, cause that's all you will get...cheap performance. why don't you spend some money on a car that you've spent money on buying. don't cheapen a nice car...

Cold Air Intake (RB, AEM, Mazdaspeed).
Flywheel (for manual only). If Auto, Auto Transmission Fluid Cooler and 2nd Oil Cooler ( for older Autos and some M/Ts).
Flash ECU
Tune engine.
NOS (depends on the type of guy you are, or save for supercharger).
