BHR Ignition kit problem
So i recently installed the bhr ignition kit and have ran into some problems. To start off my gas has been burning really rich and has lead my car to pop like a bitch(dont mind the popping since its beautiful) and before the kit i was getting 100 miles every half tank and now I only reached 70-80miles half tank. Also I have aftermarket intake, midpipe, and exhaust and wondered if i just really need a tune. Thanks for all the help guys.

make sure all the leads are going to the correct plug/ coil/ wire. Make sure you've tightened everything down to spec. .
Try resetting the battery (unplug for 30 min) and allow the fuel trims to reset

No need to perform the 20 brake stomp when installing new ignition system.
Here's a good thread that lays out the differences between NVRAM and KAM https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-tro...memory-169443/

The fact you are running rich points to what Soldier mentioned above, you've probably got some wires crossed or a spark plug is not firing properly. Do you also feel a significant power loss?

Like Team said, do all the upgrades together. I did my BHR ignition, AEM intake and Megan exhaust all the same day. It's like a completely different car. I had a CEL after finishing the install, after about 50 miles of driving and turning the car off and then back on the CEL was gone.

Check the BHR leads are pressed firmly onto the sparkplugs - the clamps are pretty firm so you need to press pretty hard before they snick into place. Does the car idle fine? If so, while it's idling, gently pull each lead at the spark plug end and see if it starts misfiring. If so, the connection to the plug is no good. Did you connect the ground lead supplied with the kit correctly?
Rotocop, don't do all your mods all at once if you're not mechanically savvy - when something goes wrong after the install, you won't know which new part caused the problem.

Deffinitley check those plug wires at the coilpack side. What a PITA it is to get them in there.
And I would also advise against doing too many related mods at once. If you come up with an issue, you'll be doing a lot of un-installing..
