Ray,
Just a thought. I was going to put it out there jokingly, but then I realized there is a valid point to it.
What are the winter temps there in AZ? Is your cold-metal-getting-hit-with-hot-exhaust range big enough? Just thinking back to when the 2nd piece broke off of inside the prototype I had borrowed. It happened on start up when I first applied power (increasing the exhaust flow suddenly), shortly after starting up in ~17 degree ambient temps. Cold/Hot cycles weaken faster the bigger the difference, and just wondering if it would hold up differently in the southern states than the northern ones.
Maybe have one of your northern customers early in the list test it as well before it goes to mass production?
Just something to consider. Not trying to throw a wrench into anything. Suddenly getting alot of warranty claims next winter could be painful for you.

Let's be patient guys.....
I'm one of those guys that are waiting as well. They're taking the time to develop the part so it doesn't FAIL on us.
So let's give them the time to help make their monkey, voodoo-magic happen.

"OneFatSurfer" is among those who have already paid for (or even received, in some cases) their pipes so he will be among the first people to get the new version when they are done.
He has every right to ask/complain/etc. but, like usual, you guys are FAR more accomodating/patient/understanding than any vendor on this forum deserves and that weighs on my mind every day with this stuff.
Don't believe me? PM Easy or Flashwing and ask them what goes on at the BHR HQ every night.......

i'll keep waiting patiently if you throw in two of those.. you can choose which two
i only posted because the midpipe i have is being noisy and annoying and ricey sounding occasionally (i think there's a leaky gasket). i don't drive it when there's salt on the roads, and it hasn't rained in forever until today, so i finally drove it today. it made me sad when i went over a pothole and my midpipe started buzzing. this is the rx7store midpipe i'm using right now, btw, not the bhr one that i'm patiently(well, mostly patiently, but it has been since may...or was it april? i forget) waiting for. take your time, guys, i gotta get reinspected in may so i might just tighten this sucker up and deal with it until then anyway.
