Do not get me excited. I'm ready to buy NOW :D:

what's all the fuss? Doesn't everyone already have the BHR midpipe on their car?
|
 All I know is I find myself driving at that 6000-ish rpm mark where the exhaust sounds sooo good
Sounds like a cat getting ready to pounce :suspect: |

I have no idea how much time it till take to produce all the midpipes. We have an estimate of how many our fabricator can do but beyond that I'm not going to make any speculation as there has already been plenty of that with this project.
Needless to say once we have the resonators in hand we will be producing them as fast as the funding can get to us and as quickly as our fabricator can produce them. Hmm, well to be fair to Charles since I already said to take me off the list, im off the list... I dont want to cause him more of a hassle than he already has... I Will be buying this though, BHR ignition is probably gonna be first though |

I never understood why people think its a bitch to put on. before I did it I was intimidated too and then when I did it, it was simple :dunno: 1/4" rachet FTW, only had to go underneath for one bolt. As long as you remove the intake and battery and box there is plenty of room.

Then it should go like this for the most solid performance;
1) Cobb AP. <---Because you have 15 days, 11 hours, and 23 minutes (Arizona Time) 2) BHR Ignition System. 3) Sohn OMP Adapter. 4) BHR Midpipe. 5) BHR Fuel Pump Assembly. 6) F/I kit. |

Plus, I'm not too sure how practical it would be for someone who gets to autoX maybe 10 times a year... Depending on severity of the winter. |

4 out of 6 isn't bad. Get my midpipe here and I will be short the OMP. Before you know if I will be a pure BHR car. Anyone wanna send me a stencil to spray the BHR logo on my intercooler?

4/6 here... midpipe soon (hopefully) and then FI kit (in the planning stages!) should be either next summer or not too far after... got a few more things to do before the FI kit :-/
|
using this midpipe does it cause your check engine light to come on?
|
Using ANY midpipe with no cat will cause a CEL.
You can hide it with an AP though. (or electrical tape :P) |
Hey Ray, I think I'd like to get on this list if it's not too late?
Probably pretty obvious but I'm at work and don't wanna take the time to search; is the price the same as the BHR website price and there is a bung on the midpipe so I can fit an aftermarket WBO2 sensor correct? Also do you think they will be shipped by September when I plan to install my turbo kit? I'd like to get away from gutting my cat for the aftermarket WBO2 if I can so I can get some money for the stock functioning cat. Feel free to PM me with the info. Thanks! |
speaking of shipping by September.... are there any updates? last I heard the parts were in and things were started. Maybe i missed something. I'm just planning a car night after work with one of my coworkers and was wondering if I should hold out for the midpipe to arrive or find something else to work on.

1) Yes.
2) As an option, yes, but I don't know how much that will cost. Not much, though. 3) Definitely. 4) You are #72 out of 72. |
