Another happy Borla customer!! With pictures

Me and SHOWOFF went to his shop today after work to install our exhaust systems together. Here are some pictures, sorry they are so crappy but i forgot my camera and had to use my work's P.O.S. camera.

My opinion on the exhaust......... I'm sure i speak for SHOWOFF and Mrs. SHOWOFF, is BAD A$$!!!!!!! Everyone is not lying when they say you can't here the exhaust while driving normal but when you rev the monster, boy o' boy. The pop is ridiculous.

When you say the exhaust "pop is ridiculous," is it the type of sound that's going to tick people off? I like the idea of the upgraded exhaust, but I just don't want to be one of those folks with the crazy loud car. Thanks for the help.

Mike, check out this thread with regards to Canzoomers Stage 1 and the Borla exhaust. It seems to have appreciable power, at least, combined with zoomers mod. I don't have either one, and only speaking from what I recall from reading threads but alone I think it does add a couple ponies.. Check out Canzoomer's statements below about being able to break traction in 3rd when using the Borla+Stage 1, interesting reading.

The pop goes away after a couple days, depending on how much you drive.. the smell too!

It is kinda loud on the inside when you accellerate, but it really isnt that loud outside..

This is nothing like those loud a$$ muffler you hear on the road. The only time you hear the exhaust is when you want to hear it.

I think he's referring to the pop that occurs when you rev it up and then drop the revs really fast. Sounds like a backfire. That pop doesn't go away, but it's easily avoided.

Someone on another thread quoted $300, but that was with some "fancy dancing" or knowing someone on the inside.

Haven't heard the Greddy in person, but that sounds quite a bit louder than the Borla. The Borla is deeper, throatier and nicer, IMO.
