CZ is just an eManage piggyback with custom harness. It can be used for auto or manual. The base map that will come with the CZ unit will not be for auto though and you will have to tune you own map.

Using the stage1, a Canscan with the rx-8 mods and a laptop you should be able to make your own tune. It's a pain in the *** at first, but eventually gets easier as you understand the cars reactions to certain settings.

I new at this tune stuff but I don't think it's that hard. Takes a lot of runs with the car and you drive crazy each time you try to collect AFR and ignition advance data. I think it's worth it. You learn something about tuning and there is real gains to be had by leaning out your AFR and adding ignition advance.
