just to see---i didnt have another screen to replace the torn one(dont ask)---but all I have done is remove the screen part from the metal ring(it cuts with scissors), make sure you get it ALL. Go to home depo or where-ever and get some aluminum screen (as in door!)--its about the same stuff. Get some heat tolerant eproxy glue --place the screen flat on top of the metal ring and glue her down well, making sure the screen is tight across the face of the ring--like the stock one. Let it dry for a day--then cut the screen to fit flush with the outer edge of the ring. Once done then eproxy glue the top edge of the ring/screen to secure and seal that edge. The screen fits into a little spot on the revi side and the metal edge of the ring is held in place by the maf intake peace on the engine side.
Viola --you have a replacement screen. I install mine tomorrow. My car is running fine--just want to see the difference.

yeah i just got the air duct for my car, i have the k&n typhoon 2??? well its the carbon wrapped one. anyway. i dont know what happened tonight but i was doin some test runs, and well my whole car shut down. meaning at first my radiator light came on, then i put it in neutral, then all the lights flashed on.. and my rpms dropped. not the best sign at over 120... haha. any thoughts on this one.
