Corksport Single Exit Exhaust

Corksport Single Exit Exhaust
Hey guys so we got a prototype of our single exit drift style exhaust made today and I just wanted to get your opinions on how it looked. I have some video clips too that I'll post up tomorrow. It is a little louder than our dual exhaust but not until about 3000. It is very quiet at idle. And it's not obnoxious loud either, it sounded great to us!
Oh and no official numbers but I can say it is much lighter than a dual exhaust.
Anyway let me know what you think of the looks.

Hmmmm, I like it. I miss my HKS single side. This would go nicely with my new turbo and engine Any plans on offering a Ti tip?
My only suggestion would be to straighten it a bit, it turns a little too outboard for me. But not a deal breaker.

The angle is a bit extreme IMO.
Also is the canister touching the plastic? It looks to me like it'll melt the **** out of the shroud after you put some miles on it, even more so if you're catless.

We were thinking that the can might need to be moved about 1/4" to the passenger side, and there was about a finger size gap all around except the bottom, but you can trim away enough material so it has enough gap as well.
The prototype there only used 65mm tubing, how important would it be to go 75mm? Our dual exhaust currently uses 65mm, including the mid-pipe.

Honestly, many will say a 3" system is better but even guys that are turbocharged are making just as much horsepower running 2.25" and 2.50" exhaust systems.

I'm not terribly impressed...
If I were going to design a single side exhaust for the RX8, I would want it to stand out less than the original. That way it wouldn't call attention to the fact that the other tip is missing...
Or maybe just a new shroud without the hole for the opposite side?
