Csf Aluminum radiator
Installed a CSF aluminum radiator yesterday because my stock one blew a hole next to the main hose on top leaving me stranded on the florida highway. Let it cool down and was able to drive it back to the house. My buddy helped me fiberglass the broken spot on my radiator and it held good for 2 weeks ordered the csf and used the diy guides i found on the forum here, great wealth of info if you use the search function, lol. The Csf radiator fit great, no modification necessary put in some royal purple ice additive and she runs great, no leaks and runs within normal operating temps, happy with my purchase so far, ordered it from redline360.com for 247, not too bad.

I have a CSF that I put on a few months ago. installed a Remedy pump and t-stat at the same time. For the foam I went with some pipe insulation material from my local hardware store. It's kind of like the pool noodle stuff. The sides worked in tube form, and for the bottom I slit it to mold around the bottom of the radiator. I used a bit of isocyanate glue to hold it in place.
Four track days in the last 2 months and the foam is holding in place well. Temps got up to 212 on the track in ~85-90F temps. Street driving I rarely see anything above 185 (also have a fan mod).
Edited to add: I read in another thread that using rigid foam around the sides and bottom seals off the radiator too well; it prevents any airflow through the engine bay. So I'm going to play around with this and try removing the passenger side foam.
