I have read some previous posts, and am sorry to have to ask this again... but...

I was wondering about the difference (i know it is minimal) between the Green, Racing Beat and MS drop-in filters. Whats the diff between the filter elements? Also, I've read that throttle response slightly improves after installing the MS filter. Can this be said for the other two brands as well?

Sorry to bring back an old topic, but please don't hate me for my minimal knowledge :o

 

After installing the aFe filter I felt that the engine was breathing freer, seemed to rev easier, and exhaust tone was louder under hard acceleration.

 

I have the ms filter not much difference in power nor noise. The only difference is the ms is clean and new with no dust/ particles and the oem is dirtier. I think I gained .346 hp :p.

 

That's a little optimistic. We all know that you only have the potential for a .345 hp gain. How could you get .346? You couldn't!

 

i just bought the Green filter...... should be here today or tommorow.... ill let ya know!

 

it's better to resurrect old threads than start new ones on the same thing. i suppose you could always the manufacturer's web media for info on their media design.
