Dyno results from my mods

Finally I received few aftermarket parts today. I have been waiting for them more than a month!! Anyway, I'm going to instal this parts on Thursday. I will try to do some dyno results for each one. That is: TurboXS exhaust, revi + duct, unorthodox pulley. I have also ACT prolite, but no1 has gain any hp from flywheel yet, so me probably also . I'm really curious about pulley. We will see what is better. Agency power or Unorthodox Every dyno test is going to be at flywheel, not rear wheel. I'm waiting also for turboXS midpipe and canzoomer stage II. So dyno results soon...;] You could write how many hp I will see from this mods

We have heard this a lot of times. Many promised dyno results never showed up.
But I believe you. And I wont say why.
Don't disappoint me.

heatsoak is gonna kill any gains you are gonna see on a NA rx8.. hate to tell you. If you can let it sit for an hour betwen pulls you might see a diffrence.

rotary + dyno makes a nuclear reactor look like a ice cream machine.

How are you dynoing it at the flywheel unless you remove the engine from the car. Even then you won't know how these mods affect your car, if you are dynoing at the flywheel. More than likely it will be hp at the rear wheels. Most of these mods "free up" hp from the various restrictions along the path. i.e a bigger cat back, or a midpipe open up restricted exhaust path, or lighter flywheel, or pullies reduce weight, and free up hp that is usually lost turning the heavier item. Even if you have all of that, i would say about 20-25 at most.

He is in europe, they dyno in flywheel hp, by calculating the drivetrain loss and determine the flywheel hp from RWHP.... how precise they get it, i dont know, but most dynos in europe are flyehweel hp. But he can still see the differences before/after mod.

If thats the case, why can't he just give us results in RWHP form?

That's pretty much what we all do in our heads anyway after we dyno our cars. When somebody comes on the board and says they got 180 rwhp on their dyno, we all say that is about 220 hp at the crank. Basically we do the same thing, but don't just post as concrete, so RWHP might be a more accurate indicator.

223 stock at flywheel. I haven't done dyno tests like I said.. We turned off all electric stuff before starting to instal mods. There was no sens to instal one part, then turn on electric power again, dyno test, then again turn off, etc. It took 2 days to do everything. We finished at 10.pm on Friday and we were so exhausted, that we haven't done dyno test I'm going to do dyno test, when I receive turboxs midpipe. Sorry guys.. My bad. I got CEL, probably from pulleys right??

You'll geta CEL with the pulleys until you reset the KAM by pressing the brake pedal 20 times on 8 seconds. The car will verify by sweeping the oil pressure guage to the middle and back down.
