Eibach vs Mazdaspeed

Eibach vs Mazdaspeed
I'm going to drop my car but I'm not sure wich springs to go with. The eibach will lower the car 1.2" all around and the mazdaspeed 1". Does anyone have any pros or cons with either of these two springs?

If you want ride, performance, look then The Tanabe GF210 is what I would recommend.
If you had said ride, look, performance then the Tanabe NF210 would be the way to go.
Unfortunately, I don't have the specs on either the Eibach, H&R, or RB spring rates. These would be somewhat helpful in determining ride comfort.

well i would say mazdaspeed would be more complete since you can get them with shocks also that would adjust to the springs, this would be more of a balance approach. Although it is also the most conservative looks wise (less than an inch in front). Personally I have tein s-techs and they work great for me and offers a very nice drop. If i was to pick eibach or mazdaspeed based on your order of importance i say mazdaspeed.

I have the Tanabe GF210 springs. I like the drop, though some might complain it could be a little lower in front. I think it looks ok. The ride is a bit more agressive, and can be harsh at time. If the roads in your area aren't well-kept, you'll probably want to go with the NF210 springs, which are softer. Otherwise, I can vouch for them.

The thing is, the Mazdaspeed ones may offer the best performance, but ride is going to be much harsher. The spring rates are very stiff on the Mazdaspeed. For street use you are better off with a softer spring. Later if you want more performance you buy adjustable shocks so that you can tune between street and track...
They will all lower the car and thus center of gravity. They will also reduce the polar moment of inertia helping in the turns.
IMHO the Tanabe GF210 are a good compromise between high performance and every day use. The NF210 will still give some performance and be much more street able.

I love it when people kick out nonsensical engineering terms . J/K Alex :o. I hope they come out with some adjustable shocks to match stiffer springs. Always waiting, always patient. But, I know it's worth the wait .

Stiffer/lower springs will not effect the polar moment of intertia - you have to add, remove, or move weight weight (other than vertically) to change the polar moment.

I agree 100% with this post. :D
I had the MS springs without the shocks. Within 5 days, I had the MS shocks being shipped to me. Don't get the MS springs without the shocks.
