Yes I've searched and I've heard all of the sounds clips. However, I am planning on getting the Umnitza intake. Those of you with AEM, HKS, or similar loud intakes, do the intakes drown out the sound of your RB catback? I know it doesnt drown out some of the other louder catbacks but what about the RB, as I read on the forum where one person compared the RB to a stock muffler with 30k on it. I'm stock with 30k on mine right now, does this mean I wont notice much difference?

if you turn your raido off...roll down your windows... get up to 5500 rpms and listen carefuly...you`ll be able to hear a difference

well i dont have an intake, but i think the RB is great. i really dont think it is as quiet as people seem to think it is... i love it to death; the note is perfect at every rpm level, & couldnt imagine being happier. im not really sure how an intake could drown it out, that would have to be pretty freakin loud......

 

from 1st gen rx7 to now, RB exhaust is the best exhaust you could get. It is louder then stock, but not enough for the cop to notice.

I have done a lot of research before I stop my choice to the RB. I have the RB coming and I know that I have made the right choice. I did not want to sound like a civic. Trust me I have heard every sound clip ever of RX8 exhausts, I'm picky, I guess it comes down to Hymee vs. Mazdaspeed dual sport now, I'll start a new thread for that so people aren't confused.
