exhaust application question

I have a local dealership who has a 2009 rx8 with aftermarket coilovers, exhaust, and a cold air intake that he is willing to trade to me for stock parts. Now only question is i have a 2007. Will this work?

The rear muffler exhaust section will not. The configuration changed starting in 2009
