Alright well i know im going to get hated on by people by telling me that this is a usless thread and to look for myself into others to find what im asking for. But i really want to hear the opinions of the people because i havent found the answer to my question.

I want a exhaust system for around 900$, but i want it to sound nice, not too cheasy. for you americans (ima mex) i dont care if it sounds ricer. i want it to sound like those in FnF TD.

Ive been looking at the HKS Legamax 1 but i think its too overpriced for the lil HP it gives compared to the others. And i dont see a huge difference in sound from the stock. I want it completely different from the stock but lets keep this street legal.

Any suggestions? Thanks

Bad new buddy, NO exhaust on an RX-8 is going to produce a significantly noticable horsepower increase.

If you want to keep it street legal, you're going to be quite limited since you're going to keep the stock catalytic converter on the vehicle.
try the HKS high power, it's a single tip exhaust that is quite agressive.

 

as soon as you mentioned FNF i stopped Reading.

noobs need to read more. look at youtube and type in rx8 exhaust , there are thousands of exhaust clips stop being lazy and search.

I personally love the sound and look of the Exoticspeed R1-T. It sounds deep and clean at low RPMs and it screams pretty loud up in the high RPMs. I also find the full titanium mufflers and tips pretty appealing.

It's around your price range, as well. I'm pretty sure AssaultTech sells them for $700.

hah anyways, yeh i was looking into the exoticspeed r1-t. and im probubly going to go with that only because it doesnt sound like a lawnmower like the B&B or too stock-ish.

Mine has Mazdaspeed exhaust. Sounds really nice. I like it a lot. I didn't put them on, bought the car with them already installed. No idea how much they cost though. But sound really great. There's an opinion for you.
