Here are a bunch to pick from:

https://www.fluidmotorsports.com/p-93-exhaust.aspx

My New Favorite is the HKS Hi-Power.

The Legamax is also a good one.

But to say depending on what your plans are for the car, you might want to pursue a different route.

Feel Free to e-mail me if you have other questions, rx8sales@fluidmotorsports.com

if you can deal with it being a bit louder than average, the HKS Hi-Power is the best IMO. True 3 inch, single outlet, lightweight, good looking, and cheap price. Easy choice to me.

Borla imho. Great looking, twin outlet and gives a unique sound. Can't argue with the warranty too...

Rotary Extreme Dual catback exhaust.

Not just louder, it actually sounds good. A lot of the "loud" exhausts make your car sound like a ricer who swapped his Vtec for an un-lubricated chainsaw.

I'm seriously considering getting one when I'm not quite as poor again.

i just put my HKS hi-power on this weekend and i love it.

it's deep below 4,000 rpm, between 4 and 6 it's kinda raspy, and above that it's just terrifying.

The greddy isn't super loud. I like it alot. I had borla on another 8 and really like that too. The borla does give off a completely different sound. But the sp2 sounds great too. It's loud, but not over the top. Someone should buy mine....haha

could you describe how borla differs from the sp2 in terms of sound quality? i want to get aftermarket exhaust soon but i have never heard an 8 with exhaust so i have no way of comparing any of the different types...

The Borla has a nice deep tone to it. IMO it sounds the best.

Greddy Sp2. Its a great balance of Drivability and Exhaust Tone. I'm running it now, and im 100% happy with it.

Check out some youtube videos of rx8's with the SP2 and a RP SuperCat; thats what sold me on greddy.

I wanted that, but i really don't want to risk running no CAT. But i do love the flames.

ya, where I live we really don't have too much to worry about. Cops don't know much. When they ask if I have an aftermarket exhaust, I tell them ya a Greddy catback. kinda leave out the who cat deleted testpipe.

a couple months ago I actually shot flames for a cop. She's a cool cop tho, and stops by to chat whenever we're outside the shop hanging out.
