Exotic Speed Titan PWR-Si mid-pipe flange size issue???

Has anyone ever ordered this exhaust & had the mid-pipe flange size be wrong? When I compare the factory & BHR mid-pipe flanges they are the same, but the ES flange is about 3/4" narrower across the bolt holes center to center. I am just curious if this is done so you order their mid-pipe & if not you have to modify their exhaust to fit your needs? I never remember reading that, but I could have missed something!?!? Thank you in advance!!!

I bought the Exotic Speed Titan PWR version half a year ago. Was a simple bolt on install to the oem cat. No modifying req.

I kind of figured it should have been. The packing list and box ID tag state the right items, and the parts looked right, just seems like I have the wrong exhaust section. Oh well, dealing with the vendor and ES to get this resolved. Just one more thing to deal with.

On a side note, the primary O2 sensor is gouged into the exhaust manifold. After an 30 minutes of trying to get it out I disconnected it, and pulled the manifold out from under the car to get at the sensor better. After several penetrating oils, and a Benzo torch heating up things to get it to free up it still will not budge one way or the other. I originally got a full turn or so before it stopped moving while under the car. Now even the 1/2" impact on the O2 sensor socket it doesn't budge either way, the good is the secondary came out without even thinking about it. Just means we are ordering a Bosch BS15043 replacement sensor today, and hope it is here by the weekend. The joys of modding sometimes!

sounds like you tried to remove the o2 while the pipes were still hot/warm?

It's been on four jack stands for close to a month, not possible to be hot at all! It got hot after I started trying to use heat to get it lose after all other options failed, but that wasn't until after trying to do it cold & still under the car. Been working in a steel mill for well over a decade & on cars for much longer; this kind of happens sometimes. I honestly think the last time it was worked on for a motor replacement motor they didn't put anti-seize on the threads, & that happens! Same can happen to spark plugs if not using the copper anti-seize! Try getting a stuck spark plug out of a head or block; sucks the big one.
